Members may also vote by proxy or in person.\nBallots and proxy forms will be mailed to each member along with a self-addressed\npostage paid envelope. If choosing the early voting or proxy options\, responses must be\nreceived either by mail in the provided envelope or hand delivered to the club in the\nsealed proved envelope no later than 5pm Wednesday August 27\, 2025. This will allow\ntime for validation prior to the annual meeting.\nEach Membership is entitled to one vote by voting in person at the meeting; by proxy to\nanother member; or by using an early mail-in-ballot.
