TO ALL CLUB MEMBERS
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 6pm
At the clubhouse
THE ELECTION OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS
If any member is interested in running for the Board of Directors and wishes to have their
name placed on the early voting ballot, they must submit their name, member number,
and an optional one-page narrative on their behalf to the Clubhouse office by 5pm,
Wednesday, July 30, 2025 to be included in the mailing to the membership that occurs on
Friday August 1, 2025.
VOTING
In an effort to achieve a quorum for conducting club business, members may vote with an
early mail-in-ballot. Members may also vote by proxy or in person.
Ballots and proxy forms will be mailed to each member along with a self-addressed
postage paid envelope. If choosing the early voting or proxy options, responses must be
received either by mail in the provided envelope or hand delivered to the club in the
sealed proved envelope no later than 5pm Wednesday August 27, 2025. This will allow
time for validation prior to the annual meeting.
Each Membership is entitled to one vote by voting in person at the meeting; by proxy to
another member; or by using an early mail-in-ballot. The preferred method is to attend
the meeting in person where you can vote and participate in the discussions, as well.
Furthermore, we need you there so as to assure that we have a quorum.
